House Calls Services (DMV)



• Booking Lead Time: Please schedule your house call at least 7 days in advance, with a minimum of 4 days required.
• Service Scope: House calls are exclusively for installations and styling. Shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying are not included.
• Travel Radius:
• TheHairDoc travels within a 30-mile radius of TheHairDoc Studio.
• Travel beyond 30 miles incurs a $15 per mile fee.
• Deposit and Final Pricing:
• The initial deposit secures your booking but is not the final price.
• A staff member will contact you within 24 hours of your online booking to discuss and finalize pricing.
• Payment:
• The remaining balance is due in cash upon service completion.
• Service Time:
• The service time begins upon TheHairDoc's arrival at your location.
• Please prepare a clean, well-lit workspace.
• The appointment is scheduled for three hours. Time exceeding the three hours will be charged at a rate of $130 per hour.
• Hair Preparation:
• Natural hair and extensions must be clean and dry prior to arrival.
• Lace frontal installations require pre-approval.
• Included Services:
• House call services include braiding (if applicable), the selected installation service, and styling.
• Hair Purchase (if applicable):
• For "House Call Hair Included" bookings, please specify the desired hair in the appointment notes.
• Staff will contact you to confirm and process your hair order.
• Please inform staff of all hair needs.

New clients or first timers (being consistent
